Pocket Door With Mirror On One Side - Just a few months ago I went over to fix a pocket door that was closing in a weird angle. This is the very first time I had ran into this type of scenario and was definitely lost. I got a flashlight and started looking inside the pocket door frame. I had difficulty finding the issue but when I did it was apparent.
There was no strategy as it had been at that back of the pocket door frame near the framing to achieve the screw.
This is the only thing I could think of and would require a wall patch that is simple and some paint to help make the repair whole. This job took me to cut the hole and replaced the screw that had fallen from the pocket door path. Then I use some fast setting drywall plaster and some fiberglass drywall tape to fix the wall. This took another hour in order to complete the drywall correctly.
Some pocket door troubles are a little easier to fix than this one. Most pocket doors appeared to have troubles falling and eventually are left shut, never to be utilized again. Painting the doors over and over again can actually increase the depth of the door or excessive moisture in the home over long periods of time may also make the door to swell preventing it from opening correctly.
