Anderson Pocket Door Hardware - Just a couple months back I went over to fix a pocket door that was shutting in a weird angle. This was the very first time I'd ran into this kind of scenario and was undoubtedly lost. I got a flashlight and started looking inside the pocket door frame. I had difficulty finding the issue but when I did it was evident.
There is not any way as it was at that back of the pocket door frame near the framing itself to achieve the screw.
In order to repair the pocket door issue, I was going to need to remove an excellent sized area of the plastered wall in the top right-hand corner of the pocket door frame. This was the only thing I would require a wall patch that is simple and really could think of plus some paint to really make the repair complete. Then I use some fiberglass drywall tape and some quick setting drywall plaster to mend the wall. This took another hour to complete the drywall properly.
Some pocket door troubles are a little more easy to fix than this one. Most pocket doors seemed to have troubles sliding and eventually are left shut, never to be used again. Painting the doors over and over again can in fact add to the thickness of the door or excessive moisture in the home over long amounts of time may also make the door to swell preventing it from opening properly.
